Rhydymwyn FC take on FC Queens Park in the FAW Amateur Trophy this Saturday afternoon for a 2pm kick off at their home ground on Vicarage Road.
The second round tie comes after the two sides defeated Llandyrnog United and Saltney Town respectively in round one, as they go head to head for a place in the third round.
It is the second game in four days for Rhydymwyn following a last-gasp 95th winner to start off their LockStock Ardal North West season on Wednesday evening, sealing a 2-1 win over Brickfield Rangers.
Ahead of the game, co-managers Anthony Weaver and Jord Parry said:
“Today is another big one as we look to progress in the FAW Amateur Trophy, and show our versatility by keeping to the same standards in both the league and cup.
“Queens Park are renowned for their toughness and ability at this level, proven by their multiple successes across the pyramid over the past few years, and we’ll need to be right at the top of our game to get a result today.
“Welcome to all from Queens Park and our spectators, we hope it’s another entertaining one for you!”
